How often should I service my HVAC system?+
Most systems should be serviced twice a year — once in spring before cooling season, and once in fall before heating season. A maintenance plan locks in priority scheduling and prevents costly emergency breakdowns.
How long does a new AC installation take?+
A standard residential replacement takes 4–6 hours. New construction or complex commercial installs are scoped individually. We give you a firm time estimate before scheduling.
Do you offer financing on new equipment?+
Yes. We offer 0% interest financing for 12 months through our lending partner on qualifying installs over $2,500. Details are provided during your free estimate appointment.
What brands do you service and install?+
We service all major brands including Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Rheem, Goodman, Bryant, York, and American Standard. We primarily install Lennox and Carrier due to their reliability and warranty programs.
Is emergency service really available 24/7?+
Yes — including weekends and holidays. Maintenance plan members receive priority dispatch with no after-hours surcharge. Non-plan customers pay a flat emergency dispatch fee of $95 plus labor.

Do you charge for estimates?+
Estimates on new installs and replacements are always free. Diagnostic service calls carry a flat fee that is credited toward any completed repair over $300.
Can I roll the service call fee into the repair?+
Yes. If the total repair invoice exceeds $300, the service call fee is fully waived. This applies to both standard and after-hours calls.
What financing options are available?+
We offer 0% interest for 12 months on qualifying installs over $2,500 through our lending partner. Standard financing terms are also available for larger commercial projects.
Do maintenance plans auto-renew?+
Plans auto-renew annually unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder 60 days in advance. Cancel anytime with no penalty.
Are there senior or military discounts?+
Yes. We offer a 10% discount on service calls and installs for active military, veterans, and seniors (65+). Just mention it when booking — no paperwork required.
What warranty comes with a new install?+
All installs come with the manufacturer equipment warranty (typically 5–10 years on parts) plus our 1-year labor guarantee. Extended warranties available on select equipment lines.
